Advertisements for Architecture 2.0

An update to Tschumi's postcards

When: Oct-Dec 2018

Who I worked with: Interpunct team.

What I learned: Being responsible for both the aesthetic as well as the general content, this project taught me how to provoke and force a reaction out of someone through the power of an image and an idea.

What this was: Our attempt to carry forward Bernard Tschumi's Advertisements. The idea behind these posters was to try to disrupt the daily flow of things in CMU - trying to question, provoke and laugh, all at the same time. This project is fundamentally a parody, of postcards made by Bernard Tschumi, done with all seriousness. As Donna Harraway once wrote, blasphemy has always required taking things very seriously.
